Consultation on the proposals for land at London Road
Taylor Wimpey is working to bring forward proposals for new homes and community space at land at London Road, Henfield.
Providing around 500 much-needed homes, the new neighbourhood has the potential to deliver a wide range of opportunities for the village, including helping to realise part of the Henfield Trails and restoring the riverside corridor, creating new and complementary sports facilities, spaces and opportunities for young people, community infrastructure shaped around local needs, and 45% affordable housing for local people.
Our ambition is not only to provide new homes, but also to create something that will endure – a development that supports people, opportunities, and wellbeing in Henfield for the long term.
